If you were not able to pick up your uniform please read ALL OF the following information.

These are some additional dates that the apparel committee will be present in order to distribute uniforms.

Please keep in mind if you wait to get your uniform the week of May 10 -16, you will need to pay for parking  ($10) and purchase a ticket to enter the grounds ($25).  Both of these charges are non-refundable.

2009 Volunteer Golf Rounds

Complimentary Golf may be scheduled for any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between November 16, 2009, and January 27, 2010.

NOTE:  The following dates are NOT available for volunteer play – December 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 2009, and January 1, 2, & 18, 2010.  Other dates may be specified by the golf course.

The round can be scheduled by calling the La Cantera Golf Club anytime within three days of the day being requested at 210-558-4653.

Volunteers must provide a credit card number if reserving slots for guests.  Volunteers may bring up to three guests, at a special rate of $60 per player plus tax.  For guests who fail to show, the credit card on file will be billed for the greens fees.

Volunteers can choose to play their round at The Palmer Course IF THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED by at least one guest paying the special $60 rate.  The phone number for The Palmer Course is 210-558-2365.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If volunteers fail to show, your round will be forfeited.
